Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Full Stack Developer located in Pune. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of scalable, AI-driven web applications. Day-to-day tasks involve architecting asynchronous backend services using Python and FastAPI, building dynamic user interfaces with ReactJS, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI models into enterprise solutions while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Design and develop high-performance asynchronous APIs using Python and FastAPI.

2.      Build responsive, interactive frontends using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.

3.      Implement distributed task queues and caching mechanisms using Celery and Redis.

4.      Architect and optimize databases, managing both structured (PostgreSQL) and unstructured (MongoDB) data.

5.      Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3) and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

6.      Integrate AI/ML models into production workflows and optimize system performance for scalability.

7.      Ensure application security, data privacy, and code quality through best practices and regular testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.      3–5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python.

2.      Proficiency in FastAPI and deep understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio).

3.      Solid experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.

4.      Hands-on experience with Celery and Redis for background task processing.

5.      Working knowledge of AWS services and containerization tools like Docker.

6.      Proficiency in database management using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

7.      Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and version control (Git).

8.      Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and security best practices.

• Build features end-to-end: both the user interfaces and the backend APIs.
• Set technical standards and lead the team in building a world-class scalable software development process.
• Lead large-scale design updates and rollouts.
• Partner with infrastructure engineers to scale the product.
• Investigate state-of-the-art frameworks and tooling to build our next-generation architecture.
• Guide and mentor junior team members 

• 8+ years of relevant front-end development experience, previous start up experience is highly desirable.
• Experience building, running, and debugging single-page apps in a modern JavaScript framework.
• Demonstrated knowledge of React, Redux and CSSAbility to work independently as well as cross-functionally with other engineering teams and product.
• Tech Lead / Management experience.

• Experience with full-stack development.
• Experience with building APIs using spring boot.
• Experience with front-end test frameworks (Jasmine/Mocha/Jest)
• Exposure to mobile platforms

• 3+ years relevant professional experience.   
• Good understanding and a full life cycle project implementation experience with Java / J2EE technologies  
• Hands on experience in core Java 
• Hands on experience in Microservices Architecture patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of application development using Spring.
• Proven experience implementing Java applications in an enterprise environment.

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript

• Create the system architecture for any product from scratch as well as drive it for more than one development teams
• Design and deliver solutions that enable fast and efficient deployment of quality code to production
• Document the architectural blueprint and end to end design through flowcharts and diagrams.
• Set coding standards for development teams and ensure all released code is following standards
• Oversee the code review process, performing reviews when necessary
• Establish strong communication channels and relationships with the development teams, supporting them throughout the release cycle

• Lead DevOps and implement tooling and process improvements when you identify gaps
• Work with various stakeholders and identify the scope of the work, provide high level estimations, create a timeline and come up with the approach and design for the same.

• Coach and mentor the development teams to improve the overall expertise and skills of the team.
• Take care of the development of critical components and POCs for new technologies to be used.
• Deliver high quality deliverables individually/as a team adhering to industry best practices.
