Position Overview:
At F22 Labs, we are on the lookout for a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to bring creative ideas to life through high-quality video content and motion graphics. You will play a key role in producing engaging visuals for our digital platforms, working closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to elevate our brand's digital presence across social media, performance ads, and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create captivating motion graphics and video content for social media, performance ads, and various marketing materials.

5. Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, motion graphics, and digital media.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality work on tight timelines.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer with an impressive portfolio.
2. Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar editing/animation software.
3. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
4. Ability to convey complex ideas visually through animations and video content.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7. Attention to detail and a passion for visual design and digital media trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video content creation, particularly for social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
2. Understanding of performance marketing and how to create content that drives results.
3. Experience with 3D animation is a plus.
4. Familiarity with sound design and video editing techniques.
Plus Points:
Knowledge or understanding of UI/UX design will be highly advantageous. Understanding user flow, user interaction, and how video content can enhance the overall user experience will set you apart.
A background in Graphic Design, with skills in creating layouts, visual assets, and cohesive branding, is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing & driving the online business on E-commerce marketplaces.
- Responsible for uploading new collections on a weekly basis and ensuring catalogue hygiene of the uploaded catalogue.
- Handling the marketing budgets & the paid advertising campaigns/sponsored ads on the marketplaces.
- Responsible for handling product listings, promotions, deals, discounts & day-to-day operational issues related to the marketplace.
- Sole POC for communication with the category team.
- Strategizing & implementing the plan of action for the month on month growth in the sales from the existing online marketplace.
- Ensuring that all new products are uploaded and listed on websites/channels
- Repricing the products
- FBA Set up a pricing minimum to maximum for FBA listings
- Creating product listings and set minimum and maximum pricing
- Generating out of stock report, bestselling products report, runout stock report brand by brand on daily basis.
- Sort out pricing error issues and re-activate the listings. Inactivate listing to make active listing if required.
- Deleting discarded SKUs from all channels if required

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SEO and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing, with expertise in various specializations such as search engine optimization, social media optimization, online reputation management, lead generation, and E-commerce SEO. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, managing a team, and driving growth for our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Create, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies that are up to date with industry needs and best practices.

What is the role?
We are looking for an experienced and creative Freelance Product Designer to join our team! As the Freelance designer, you will be responsible for delivering the optimal user experience across our product portfolio spanning web and mobile apps. This is a high visibility role and has a large contribution to the overall success of the product and customer satisfaction. The
role requires deep collaboration with the product, technology, marketing and sales teams. This role might include some people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft every detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally working with the technology team to taking it live.
- Partner closely with our Product, Marketing and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product. Use the data to plan and define the optimal user experience.
- Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio in a distributed team.
- Aid product marketing in telling the product stories in the best way possible to help users in product adoption and onboarding.
- Build and implement processes for user testing. Take a data driven approach to decision making.

Motion Graphics Designer
Disprz is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging videos mainly for e-learning, concept explainers, corporate presentations and marketing and product demos. The ideal candidate will have exceptional creative skills to visualize a storyboard and deliver aesthetically pleasing, clean and engaging animations. The designer should have an eye for detail, participate in brainstorming sessions with the ID / customer and share new design perspectives and ideas.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and create enticing animations
- Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project
- Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics
- Select and edit audio tracks for the animation
- Edit artwork, illustrations and infographics used in the animation
- Ensure branding guidelines, specifications and design standards are complied with
- Ensure that the outputs are developed in accordance with the Storyboards
- Work closely with Instructional Designers / Customer to understand the storyboard in detail or clarify doubts
- Brief travel to customer locations if necessary
