Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy and build solutions, with custom front ends (web, mobile) and backend services that automate business processes in Java Techstacks with Microservice architecture.
• Coordinate with tech leads and software engineers working on related deliverables
• Work closely with analysts and business process owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create database schema and optimize data handling and storage
• Learn, diagnose and implement features and bug fixes, Implement debugging techniques and ability to find root causes of problems
• Mentor Junior team members, Provide technical expertise to product or project team
• Maintain highest levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictability.
• Produce highly usable systems that are high performance, easy to maintain and engineered to meet business needs
• Communicate ideas and develop strategy through presentations, demonstrations and specifications
• Assist the product or project manager in creation of functional and technical documents

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOA-based process applications using JBPM.
• Define and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 on a BPM platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring best practices in configuration management and code refactoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions to business process needs.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions.
• Work on UI development and integrate with backend systems.
• Deploy and maintain applications on servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or Jetty.
• Stay updated with new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in building applications.
• Strong development experience with BPM engines, specifically JBPM (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in SOA-based process applications.
• Proficient in Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL, and frameworks like Struts/Spring/Hibernate/MyBatis.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript languages.
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and querying BPM APIs.
• Experience with application servers like WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or Jetty.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

A developer is responsible for several Java-related duties throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. The developer is required to create user information solutions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of Java-based components and interfaces.

Backend Developer

Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:     3 - 6 Years

Skills Required:

• Must Have: Java, Spring/ springboot

1. JPA/Hibernate
2. Messaging queue/Kafka/SQS/distributed message/SNS/JMS

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business

requirements.

• Perform development and unit testing, working closely with Business.

• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

Experience:

The candidate should have about 2+ years of experience with design and development in Java/Scala. Experience in algorithm, data-structure, database and distributed System is mandatory.
