We are actively seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer proficient in React and Node to contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Develop: Lead the design and development of robust and scalable user interfaces using React frameworks, ensuring the seamless integration of frontend components.

Code Excellence: Exhibit mastery in JavaScript and ES6+, producing code that is not only functional but also adheres to best practices, industry standards, and code quality benchmarks.

State-of-the-Art State Management: Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux or Mobx, optimizing application state for performance and maintainability.

API Integration: Demonstrate expertise in handling asynchronous operations by effectively working with RESTful APIs and manipulating data to enhance overall application responsiveness.

Responsive Design: Utilize a deep understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 to create visually stunning and responsive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across devices.

Optimized Build Processes: Employ front-end build tools, including Webpack and Babel, to streamline development workflows and ensure efficient bundling, transpilation, and optimization of code.

Problem Solving: Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, tackling complex technical challenges with a systematic and innovative approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer
• Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Should know the microservice architecture and on a need basis should have the ability to automate certain workflows or tasks
• Mastery in any one of the languages - Javascript, Java, Golang, Python3 (preferably deep understanding of JavaScript).
• Should have hands-on experience in AngularJS or React.
• Should have a good understanding of relational and non-relational databases. Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB is preferred
• Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency in front-end build tools, like Webpack/Babel.
• Proficiency with Backend servers
• DevOps experience with AWS and knowledge of ElasticSearch/Solr is a plus
• Descent knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, such as Jest and Enzyme.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. You have to perform full stack development activities using MERN Stack
2. Ability to translate UX Designs into functional web apps using React JS
3. Technical architecture design along with system architect and product manager
4. Writing effective business logic (using Rest API or GraphQL API)
5. Algorithm design for system modules
6. Database design for scalable and secure system using NoSQL (MongoDB) or RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
7. POC development with other engineers
8. Efforts estimations with Product Manager and Engineering Head
9. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
10. Writing Unit testing for robust system
11. Technical documentation

Requirement & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. PG is good to have
2. Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
3. Hands on experience in MERN stack (MySQL or PostgreSQL would be plus)
4. Hands on experience to develop Rest/GraphQL API using Node.js with Typescript.
5. Hands on experience on AWS services (EC2, SQS, SES, Lambda).
6. Fundamentals of Docker/Containerized application development would be plus
7. Experience working with US Stakeholders is a Must
8. Experience and Exposure working with different projects and business models will be an advantage
9. 3+ years of experience as Full Stack Development (MERN stack)
10. Experience in SaaS product development would be a plus
11. Experience in other JS frameworks like Next.JS, React Native/Expo would be plus

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a responsible developer helping our clients, either developing new products or enhancing products. You should be able to contemplate and communicate as much as possible!

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, maintainable, desired quality, desired performing code.
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in feature brainstorm, code reviews
• Explore cutting edge technologies and taking up PoC line up.

What you will be doing

• Working closely with the Engineering lead to contribute to deciding the backend as well as frontend system architecture for products used by consumers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the product strategy; evaluate the feasibility of solutions proposed by PMs, estimate development effort, and help in planning the roadmap and individual features.
• Building the blocks of the entire system across multiple products on your own from the ground up with the freedom to try new things.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other developers to meet the timelines.
• Built systems that scale through software, contributing to the architecture and design.

What we would like to see in you

• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer who has owned the entire stack of a product or a major module.
• Strong programming expertise in any of the JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ExpressJs, or Python frameworks like Django.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in OOPs, DS algorithm design and time complexity analysis.
• Experience in writing REST APIs
• Good understanding of relational databases and networking systems.
• Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language(e.g Java, Python)
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment
• High enthusiasm and self-drive to build systems from the ground up.
• Focus on things that work compared to traditional conventions.
