🔧 What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the development of our AI GTM platform and underlying AI agents to power seamless multi-channel GTMs.

This is a hybrid UX-engineering role: you’ll translate high-level user journeys into interfaces that feel clear, powerful, and trustworthy.

Your responsibilities:

• Design & implement end-to-end features across React-TS/Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, and NestJs micro-services for LLM agents.
• Build & document scalable GraphQL / REST APIs that expose our data model (Company, Person, Campaign, Sequence, Asset, ActivityRecord, InferenceSnippet).
• Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, email, ads, CMS) and maintain data sync reliability > 98 %.
• Implement the dynamic agent flow builder with configurable steps, HITL checkpoints, and audit trails.
• Instrument product analytics, error tracking, and CI pipelines for fast feedback and safe releases.
• Work directly with the founder on product scoping, technical roadmap, and hiring pipeline.

Synopsis

• We are seeking an experienced Node JS Mongo DB Developer to join our development

team.

• As a Node.js MongoDB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing,

and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js and MongoDB.

JOB ROLE :

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side

logic

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• In depth knowledge of node js and Express framework (more frameworks will be

preferred)

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

• Implementation of security and data protection

• Experience with Elastic search mongo database and SQL

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.

• in depth knowledge on how JS works.

• Bonus points for experience working with GCP or AWS ecosystem such as Kubernetes,

• Familiarity working with VCS such as Bitbucket, Github/Gitlab

• Experience in automated unit test development practices and design methodologies

Qualifications:

• You will have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience developing on the FullStack

• Experience with building tools such as Webpack, grunt, gulp, babel etc.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of data structures and design patterns
• Experience with one or more front-end Javascript frameworks is a BIG plus
• Full understanding of the complete web technology stack including how to architect highly scalable solutions
• Experience with Relational or NoSQL databases
• Working knowledge of AWS services.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering with 5+ experience writing high quality, efficient and maintainable code. Proficiency with Elixir or Erlang. Alternatively experience with at least two of Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Python,Lisp/Clojure, Scala, Haskel or similar
• Proficiency with Typescript or Javascript using ReactJS, VueJS or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgresSQL, MSSQL, Oracle or similar)
• Good knowledge of revision control system like GIT, SVN, TFS or similar
• Experience with NoSQL databases like InfluxDB, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, SOLR or similar is a plus.
• In depth knowledge of Linux would be a plus
• Exposure to schematic and layout design and understanding would be a plus.
• Experience working with the energy metering segment is a plus.

• The selected candidate will be handling software development activities in Elixir and Typescript
• Technical development activities as per client requirements and internal operational processes.
• Coordinate with multi geographical teams for technical development.
• Close coordination with Technical Support team to visit customers and understand requirements.
