Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Coordinate closely with the CEO and product leadership to align on goals and drive the vision forward.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to design, build, and refine core product features that serve a global audience.
• Stay hands-on with coding and architecture, driving key services and technical initiatives from end to end.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure smooth product operations.
• Requirements & Technical Skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.CA, B.E./M.E).
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in developing scalable, distributed systems and services.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong programming experience in Spring & Hibernate with Kotlin, React, Nest.js, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Expertise in Unix-based systems, container technologies, and virtual machines.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DocumentDB). Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working on both structured and unstructured data sources. Soft Skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities to inspire and guide a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience.
• Extremely fluent in Database performance and tuning

• A highly talented developer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in building secure and scalable web based applications using Java in backend and JS based frontend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, databases (SQL and NoSQL) , MySql, Mongo
• Experience working with Cassandra, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Kafka, RabbitMQ is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of any one or more of AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS and CSS3, HTML5.
• Strong experience in data modelling for data storage tools in SQL; experience with noSQL is highly desirable.
• Experience building scalable solutions for 2x, 5x and 10x growth with high quality and flexibility.
• Practitioner of test driven development practices. Experience in creating and adhering to best practices for development.
• Experience working with container technologies like Docker and knowledge of CI/CD processes for automated integration and deployment. Basic knowledge of AWS preferred.
• Strong experience in Microservices (SRP) paradigm.
• Willing to learn new technologies (Golang).

Have at least 2 years of experience with two or more development languages. Experience

working on Python is a MUST and that on JAVA is nice to have.

• Experience in building web platform with Angular 9+ (React could be an alternative) is a MUST
• Experience in building applications with containerization like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in writing relatively complex DB queries (preferably SQL Server, MySQL). Experience working on No-SQL DB is nice to have.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs using Python and web frameworks such as Spring MVC, Flask
• Experience in working in any of the ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, SQLObject, Storm, Django
• Skillful in writing high-quality, well-tested code
• Proficient in Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks (such as ag-Grid, D3) to build in-app reports is nice to have
