Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and camera-confident Content Creator who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, storytelling, and brand building. The ideal candidate should enjoy creating engaging content, writing scripts, coordinating with influencers, and being the face of the brand whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Write creative scripts, captions, reels concepts, and campaign ideas.
• Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Appear in videos, reels, and promotional content when required.
• Plan, shoot, and execute content around food, events, customers, and brand stories.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements for better engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and creator strategies.

Requirements

• Passion for content creation, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Strong script writing and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable facing the camera and creating video content.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and content trends.
• Prior content creation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred: Candidates with a personal content portfolio, active social media presence, or experience creating reels/videos.

The candidate should have good knowledge about the job role. Must have good writing skills. Communication skills are must.

Nextyn is expanding and is looking for its next superstar - a research consultant. Please note - this is not related to financial or equity research. The role pertains to Market Research (Primary & Secondary)

The candidate must have:

1. At least 3 years of experience working in market research.
2. Must be capable of identifying and understanding new industries, globally and shortlisting research papers written by prominent researchers on the topic.
3. Good communication skills to speak with end clients
4. Prepare presentations to explain their findings to the end client

We're looking at immediate joiners or people with a maximum notice period of 15 days.

You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll also produce detailed specifications. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable way all while ensuring strong optimization.

• Develop in CRM as per the client and customer requirement
• Develop API integration with banks and NBFc to to transfer specific data.
• Well, understanding of Apache/Nginx servers.
• Well-knowledgeable of GIT.
• Experience working on PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent developer who can interact effectively with businesses to understand product requirements and translate them into scalable and flexible Solutions.
• Work well within a team, take initiative and have clear communication. Ability to communicate challenges and solutions clearly within a team of people.
• Worked with AWS, or other major cloud vendors.
• Some exposure in working with databases, preferably postgres, sql.

Overview: 

• Design and develop Rest APIs. 
• Create documentation around processes including front-end design and service architecture. 
• Follow industry trends regarding backend-end technologies and techniques. 
• Agile rituals like Feature elaboration/Estimation, daily stand-ups, release planning, Iteration Planning Meeting, Retrospective, Showcase, etc. 
• Build content and data driven enterprise level web application which works for Multiple clients in multiple countries. 

Relevant experience and Exposure: 

• 1+ years relevant work experience showing growth as a Backend developer. 
• Extensive technical experience and development expertise in C#, .Net core, Web services (REST) 
• Proficient with OOPS and Design principles. 
• Expertise in writing clean, secure and refactored code. 
• Knowledge and hands-on Experience with Test Driven Development. 
• Experience with relational and non-relational Database technologies like SQL, MongoDB. 
• Proficient with Git or any source code management tool. 
• Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. 
• Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. 

Nice to haves: 

• Experience with .Net core. 
• Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure etc.). 
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Spinnaker etc. 
• Exposer to an Agile Development Methodology would be beneficial. 
• Atlassian suit knowledge (Jira particular). 

Should have minimum 4 years of work experience on Dot.Net technologies

• Must have very good understanding of software development processes
• Must be able to take up small to large projects independently with minimal supervision of technical lead
• Responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks on time with professional quality under the supervision of technical lead
• Must be willing to work hard to meet the project and customer commitments
• Must be willing to maintain/support the project(s)/product(s)
• Must apply the design specification techniques provided by the technical lead
• Good experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of complex applications developed using n-tier architecture
• Good experience in Object Oriented ProgrammingConcepts
• Good experience in developing web application with http://asp.net/">ASP.NET
• Good experience in developing web services, COM components and integration with APIs
• Good experience in developing mobile applications in various mobile platforms
• Good experience in the database development using SQL Server (MS - SQL 2000/2005/2008)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Willing to work hard to complete the assigned project tasks on time with professional quality
