Role Overview:

• As a Fashion Consultant for our Pretline brand, you will serve as a trusted style advisor to our HNI and UHNI clientele, offering bespoke fashion guidance and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• This role requires a deep understanding of craftsmanship, client psychology, and brand storytelling.
• You will be the bridge between our creative atelier and the client’s vision, ensuring every creation reflects the brand’s artistry and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, elevated styling consultations to VIP and couture clients in line with the brand’s aesthetic and standards.
• Guide clients through the couture selection, design, and customization process with discretion, empathy, and expertise.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with UHNWIs, celebrities, and global tastemakers, ensuring personalized service and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with atelier, design, and production teams to ensure each custom order aligns perfectly with client expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, archival pieces, and relevant fashion history.
• Proactively engage clients through seasonal previews, trunk shows, private appointments, and exclusive pre-orders.
• Uphold and project the brand’s values, heritage, and aesthetic, always demonstrating exceptional taste and cultural sensitivity.

Key Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury fashion, personal styling, or pretline client relations
• Strong understanding of fashion history, craftsmanship, fabrications, and silhouettes
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with elite and high-profile clients
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales and service targets within a luxury
• environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Discretion, elegance, and a genuine passion for Pretline fashion

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales / Customer Service Executive to join our apparel retail team in Mumbai and Jaipur.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with an apparel/fashion retail brand and should possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium in-store customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store and understand their requirements.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, occasion, size, and budget.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Explain product features, fabrics, fits, sizes, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper product presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, tagged, sized, and replenished.
• Assist customers with trials, product selection, and styling suggestions where required.
• Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and daily store activities.
• Support stock counting, inventory management, inward/outward processes, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure smooth billing and coordination with the cashier/POS team.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium shopping environment.
• Stay updated on new collections, product launches, offers, and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/12th pass or equivalent; relevant retail qualification will be an advantage.
• Previous experience with an Apparel/Fashion Retail Brand is mandatory.
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Positive, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong sales and target-achievement mindset.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of apparel, fashion, fabrics, sizes, and styling will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak retail periods.
