Requirements:

• An expert in either graphic/ illustrations, or visual design, and skilled in more disciplines of design like animations and interactions.
• 2+ years of experience at a digital product company.
• Familiar with the end-to-end iterative Visual designing process and creating high-fidelity visuals.
• Experience with digital products. Business to business is a bonus.

• A strong Portfolio in any of the one categories; a consumer-facing App/SAAS/,  B2B enterprise software.  

• An outstanding portfolio showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and ideation.

• you have technical expertise in wire-framing, interface design, and user flows

• Sound understanding of design components and Their use cases.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, XD, Figma, and Overflow. Knowledge of UI Animation will be a plus

• Strong English communication skills in person, on paper, and over video with our international clients and subordinates.

Responsibilities:

● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

We are looking for an experienced UX designer to join our team, a UX-UI expert with a passion for product design & brand design. Prior experience with Sports, Betting or Fantasy Sports domain would be preferable. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups to illustrate concepts to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.

Leading end-to-end design of new products and supporting the continuous improvement efforts of existing products. 

Define end-to-end features and solve complex problems with simple and elegant solutions.

Drive the design process by independently defining design requirements, scoping UX projects, and prioritizing tasks.

UX Designer with focus on research - a research-based role who would work alongside the product manager and the design team to assess the markets, competitors, user behaviour & preferences and USPs. As the product designer, you will be responsible for delivering the optimal user experience across the Empuls web and mobile apps. This is a high visibility role and has a large contribution to the overall success of the product and customer satisfaction. The role requires deep collaboration with the product, technology, marketing, and sales teams. This role might include some people management responsibilities.

• Craft detail of new and existing product features, from understanding the customer pain point to defining wireframes, high definition prototypes and finally collaborating with the technology team to navigate through constraints and build the product.
• Partner closely with our Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to understand what users need, want, and love about the product. Use the data to plan and define the optimal user experience.
• Create design systems that help with a common design language across the entire product portfolio in a distributed team.
• Aid product marketing in telling the product stories in the best way possible to help users in product adoption and onboarding.
• Build and implement processes for user testing. Take a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Mentor other designers and drive the vision for the specific domain by partnering with product owners & engineering leads
