Description:

We are in search of a proficient and experienced Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business. As an SDR, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers. You will act as the first point of contact for our company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the inside sales representative, connecting with as many leads as possible determining if they’re good customer fits, and being a true LambdaTest evangelist
• Fully focused on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
• Should always prioritize tasks based on (prospect’s/ customer’s) response, interest, and business needs CRM hygiene documents all calls/ emails/ activities on the CRM system and provides appropriate forecasts to the sales management

Requirements

• 4 years of Sales/ SDR/ Market Research/ Lead Generation/ Cold Calling experience in SaaS industry is a must.
• B.Tech in C.S, I.T, or related field is a plus
• Fluent in English written and spoken with a passion for technology
• Functional experience in prospecting tools and CRM platforms, like Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoom info, ZOHO, SFDC etc
• Proficient in lead generation and appointment setting via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn connects, etc
• Exceptional prospecting, discovery and qualification skills.
• Should be able to connect and develop relationships with CXO-level
• executives over the phone/ con-calls
• Must be organised, articulate and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation selling
• SaaS solutions to enterprise companies.
• Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

The Client Support Intern will be responsible for assisting clients and providing support with their technical needs, answering client inquiries via email and phone, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner. As a hybrid role, this internship position will be located in Dubai but some work from home is acceptable.

Minimum Qualification:

• Total of 10+ years experience
• Hands-on working on Java ( {Language understanding - Java 8, Lambdas, Collections,

popular frameworks & libraries}, JVM, GC tuning, performance tuning)

• Worked on REST frameworks/libraries like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Dropwizard, REST

Express etc

• Worked on Relational data stores viz. MySQL, Oracle or Postgres
• Worked on Non-relational data stores viz. Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MongoDB etc
• Worked on caching infra viz. Redis, Memcached, Aerospike, Riak etc
• Worked on Queueing infra viz. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc

- Working on Architecture and Standards team to validate designs and standards.

- Perform coding, bug verification, unit testing, and integration testing.
