About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Head to lead and manage our operations across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading regional teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee business operations across the Gujarat region.

* Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.

* Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

* Manage, mentor, and motivate regional sales and operations teams.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. * Prepare regional sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 7–10 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Operations.

* Proven experience in leading regional teams and achieving business targets.

* Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and business ecosystem. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Ability to travel extensively within Gujarat.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the voice and support behind our mission to simplify e-commerce success. Your role is pivotal in building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving engagement. This is primarily a chat process role.

• Strong experience in Core Java, Multi-Threading, data structures (List/Map/Set) and unit testing with (Junit, Mockito)
• Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring REST, Spring Data), ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate) and RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres)
• Strong experience in applying Object-Oriented design principles and Design Patterns
• Good knowledge of Multi-Tier architecture, Micro Services architecture and Service Oriented Architecture
