Iska main focus hai Small Merchants, SMEs, Startups, aur Individuals ko ek fast, secure aur hassle-free business account provide karna.

Sirf Aadhaar + PAN ke saath account 10 minutes me khul jaata hai.

 Responsibilities :

Merchants aur individuals ko Tide Business Accounts ke liye onboard karna.

Ensure karna ki customer mandatory 50 demo transactions complete kare.

Monthly sales targets achieve karna as per experience level:

 Fresher: 130 Tide Business Accounts/month

 Experienced : 250 Tide Business Accounts/month

Daily/weekly reports apne reporting manager ko submit karna.

Customer compliance maintain karna aur Terms & Conditions acceptance ensure karna.

 Compensation :

Fresher: ₹18,000 per month (100% variable, target-linked)

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 per month (100% variable, target-linked)

Pro-rata payout agar target achieve nahi hota.

Additional incentives for exceeding targets.

 Training - 3 days 

 Skills Required: 

Strong communication aur convincing skills.

Field sales/marketing experience preferred.

Self-motivated aur target-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements and skills

• Proven 2-3 Years of work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Finance Domain preferred.
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines

Bachelor or Master in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field

• Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic corporate environment
• Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery and support
• Delivering and Maintaining Environment Management Plans, Bookings, Access Details and Schedules for Projects
• Working with Environment Team on Technical Environment Delivery Solutions
• Troubleshooting, managing and tracking Environment Incidents & Service Requests in conjunction with technical teams and external partners via the service management tool
• Leadership support in the North Sydney office
• Mentoring, guiding and leading other team
• Creation of new test environments
• Provisioning infrastructure and platform

• Test data provisioning (privatization, traceability, ETL, segregation)
• Endpoint integration
• Monitoring the test environment
• Updating/deleting outdated test-environments and their details
• Investigation of test environment issues and at times, co- ordination till its resolution
