As a Data Analyst at Jules AI, you will collaborate with the central analytics team. This role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced setting focused on making a significant impact and to engage with a diverse group of talented and dedicated professionals from various fields. Your responsibilities will include creating reports, dashboards, and data models.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Create, customize, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Analyze and describe data sets, sources, and structures; develop reports to enhance data's relevance to business initiatives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and communicate findings.
- Develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards using data visualization tools.
- Own the full BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, and development to release and ongoing support and maintenance.
- Identify repetitive processes and assist in their documentation and automation.
- Manage multiple inputs and priorities while clearly articulating key process flows.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Graduates from all fields, discover your capabilities!
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics and BI
- Strong knowledge of advanced SQL techniques and data modeling using PostgreSQL
- Extensive experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports
- Basic understanding of data warehouse design and data mining
- Skilled in using data analysis tools and languages, including SQL, Excel, and various data visualization tools
- Strong experience in creating detailed dashboards and managing data access
- Proven track record of manipulating, processing, and deriving value from large datasets
- Experience in developing data product strategies, launching data products, and refining them post-launch
- Effective communication skills with the capability to liaise with various stakeholders across multiple functions
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
