Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
- Organize and coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, board papers, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, and legal documentation.
- File statutory returns and other regulatory submissions within prescribed deadlines.
