 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Partnerships Associate to manage relationships with existing banking partners and support the onboarding of new banks and banking products.

The role involves a combination of technical and non-technical responsibilities, including bank documentation, technical integrations, issue resolution, partner coordination, and understanding business and product requirements.

 Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with existing banking partners for day-to-day requirements and issue resolution.

- Manage bank documentation, onboarding formalities, and compliance-related requirements.

- Work closely with internal Technology, Product, Operations, and Business teams for banking integrations.

- Support API integrations and technical coordination between banking partners and internal technology teams.

- Track and resolve integration, transaction, and operational issues with banking partners.

- Identify and evaluate new banks, banking products, and financial solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Support the onboarding and integration of new banking partners and products.

- Understand business and product requirements and coordinate with banking partners to identify suitable solutions.

- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation related to banking partnerships.

- Ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to meet business deliverables.

 Requirements

- Experience: 0-1 year in Banking Partnerships, Fintech, Banking Operations, Payment Operations, or a related field.

- Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) Certification, commonly referred to as AMFI Certification.

- Basic understanding of banking products, payment systems, and financial technology.

- Familiarity with payment gateways, payouts, UPI, and other digital payment solutions is an added advantage.

- Exposure to working with banks or financial institutions is preferred.

- Basic understanding of APIs and technical integrations, with the ability to coordinate with technology teams.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

- Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred.
