 Role: NodeJs Developer 

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. Responsibilities

 • Collaborate with other members of the team, such as front-end developers

 • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code 

• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications 

• Implementation of security and data protection

 • Integration of data storage solutions • Writing unit test cases • Documenting application changes and developing updates. 

Skills 

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript 

• Experience of Node.js and frameworks available such as Express

 • Practical experience with REST, PostgreSQL, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis. 

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds 

• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments 

• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system 

• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform • Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

 • Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

 • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

 • Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3  

Technical qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in delivering web applications. 
• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, API design and architecture.
• Strong experience in databases like MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming(OOPs) concepts, data structures, algorithms, APIs, web services, SQL concepts.
• Experience in any JS frameworks like Express. js/Node. js/AngularJS/ReactJS.
• Understanding of version control tools - Git/SVN.
• Supportive in providing clean, maintainable code.
• Empathize with client needs and architect custom solutions.
• Brownie points for knowledge in Golang.

• Minimum 2 years experience on MEAN Stack
• Extensive hands-on experience in Node JS/Express/Hapi JS, Moleculer and NoSQL DBs (Mongodb and Redis are preferred)
• Strong coding and designing skills
• Working understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and tools such as (Gitlab CI/CD), Development tools (Git), Application Servers (nginx, Apache)
• Experience in consuming and developing secure RESTful API/web-services
• Comfortable using Unix / Linux machines from command prompt
• As a full-stack architect in the team, you'll bring your ideas to life on a technology stack of Node JS and NoSQL Databases among others.
• We are looking for tech geeks who are hands-on and in love with building scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products.
• You must be an excellent problem solver with passion to self-learn and implement backend technologies
• You would be responsible for the architecture design, code review and technology build and deployment activities of web/mobile applications.
• Own the product development from scratch - Architect scalable, distributed and large scale web and mobile solutions from scratch
• You would be responsible for writing SRS and require strong technical writing and communication skills
• You would be responsible for managing and mentoring your team members and help them advance in their learning and career goals
• Ensure test driven development (TDD) methodologies are deployed to execute project
• Define and ensure right coding practices
• Code for fresh development and to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Lead web development efforts, including hiring, mentoring and advising peers

*Performs analysis of functional and business requirements

*Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain data engineering functions performs solution design.

*Applies the company, open source, and 3rd party technologies to highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.

*Introduce new product features and enhance the platform

*Ability to translate business reporting requirements into a production report.

You are a motivated and energetic rockstar full stack developer. Go-getter, think out of box to create awesome front-end (jQuery or ReactJS) and back-end (APIs) of an application platform.

Skills:

- Develop web apps using jQuery or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP Advanced, any MVC framework and Ajax.

- Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Experience of setting up a production workflow with git and cloud deployment will be plus.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc will be plus
