Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Developer to leverage hardware design platforms for generating training data to enhance enterprise LLMs' capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact AI advancements by optimizing hardware designs for training and benchmarking large language models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and customize hardware design platforms to generate training data for enterprise LLMs.
• Work closely with research teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Ensure high-quality coding, debugging, and documentation to optimize hardware design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve LLM performance and automation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 Years of hardware design development experience.
• Expertise in HDLs (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, SystemC).
• Strong background in scripting, front-end workflows, and verification processes.
• Familiarity with Synopsys, Cadence, or open-source toolchains.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Expertise in UVM environments, Formal Verification, and Lint refinement.
• Experience with Computer Architecture, Assembly Debugging, and Assertion Coding (SVA).
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI systems.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• Min 2 Years of relevant experience in Hardware Design and/or Verification.
• Experience with at least one of the following:
• ASIC, VLSI, FPGA, SoC development.
• SystemVerilog, Verilog, Testbench development, and Verification.
• Strong understanding of IP Development and Verification.

About the role

• Own and drive a full-funnel global paid media strategy. You’ll define and shape our paid acquisition strategy, driving acquisition and assessing the full-funnel impact of our paid channels on activation, conversion, and retention.
• Experiment and test campaigns. You’ll design and execute on testing roadmaps to evolve new campaign strategies, measuring performance to achieve maximum returns in any paid spend.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years working in the marketing or growth function, preferably in a startup.
• Proven experience in managing paid digital campaigns. You have a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
• Hands on experience in Google Adwords and Display/Social ads is a must. Expertise in one of them is a pre-requisite.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production infrastructure in AWS for the HappyFox platform and its products.
• Research, Build/Implement systems, services and tooling to improve uptime, reliability and maintainability of our backend infrastructure. And to meet our internal SLOs and customer-facing SLAs.

Requirements

• Experience in security hardening of infrastructure, systems and services.

• Deliver end to end performance testing independently using agile methodologies

Basic Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field 
• 8+ years of performance automation engineering experience on large scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in any of Java/C++/Python/Go and automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in integration performance automation using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in planning and executing performance engineering tasks to completion and taking ownership of performance epics during a set of sprints.
• Experience in designing, implementing, executing and analyzing automated performance tests for complex, production system software.
• Experience in analyzing performance bottlenecks in system, performing root cause analysis, and following issue resolution workflow to tune the system to provide optimized performance
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from the collected performance data, articulate performance findings effectively with senior team members to evaluate design choices.
• Experience with database systems internals, query optimization, understanding and tuning query access plans, and query execution instrumentation.
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
