Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will analyse the current state operations, propose workflows and tools that drive improvements to the app or for addressing country-specific needs. Identify and execute on opportunities, to streamline workflows and increase collaboration and productivity across the team. • Understand the operational framework and work on efficient delivery mechanisms for customer support, Event management & programme management
