Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and infrastructure sector
• Promote and sell construction equipment and related solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Conduct product presentations and site visits
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and after-sales support
• Maintain customer records and sales activities through CRM software
• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely follow-up with customers

Skills Required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and manage field-based sales activities effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Technical understanding of mechanical or construction equipment preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Experience in construction equipment, infrastructure, industrial equipment, or project sales preferred

Strong Data Architect, Lead Data Engineer, Engineering Manager / Director Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 10+ YOE in Data Engineering roles, with at least 2+ years in a Leadership role

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 7+ YOE in hands-on Tech development with Java (Highly preferred) or Python, Node.JS, GoLang

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have recent 4+ YOE with high-growth Product startups, and should have implemented Data Engineering systems from an early stage in the Company

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have strong experience in large data technologies, tools like HDFS, YARN, Map-Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Presto etc.

• Strong Lead Search Engineer / AI-ML Leader Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have minimum 11+ years of hands-on experience in Search / Information Retrieval / NLP / Machine Learning
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have minimum 9+ YOE in backend development using languages (Python or Java)
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have Experience designing taxonomy, ontology, tags, thesaurus, and metadata models

• Must have technology experience in any of the ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage and etc.

Responsibilities

1. Developing new user-facing features using React.js, React hooks.
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
3. Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and all browsers.
5. Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across all web browsers.
6. Diagnose, fix bugs, maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Key understanding about Object Oriented Programming, Web Architecture, SDLC, Rest Framework.
8. Should have understanding in Hybrid App Ecosystem, Code Once - Deploy Anywhere thought process.

Skills

5. Having Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).

The individual will be part of  our Europe based core team where individual team members have 20+ years experience each.
