
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care
- Provide basic nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort.
2. Clinical Support
- Assist doctors or registered nurses in basic medical procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed under supervision.
- Perform basic procedures such as dressing wounds, catheter care, and injections (if permitted).
- Maintain infection control and hygiene protocols.
3. Patient Monitoring
- Observe patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or doctor.
- Maintain daily patient care records and reports.
- Support rehabilitation and recovery processes.
4. Patient & Family Support
- Educate patients and family members on basic home care and hygiene practices.
- Provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
- Assist family members in understanding medication schedules and care routines.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
- Follow hospital/home healthcare policies and clinical protocols.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.
Qualification
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Certification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration (if applicable as per state norms).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or home healthcare services preferred.
- Freshers with clinical training may also apply.

This is a senior-level Product Marketing Manager role for a B2B SaaS company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy (like NPS, testimonials, referrals, etc.).
- Create lifecycle campaigns to support upsell, cross-sell, and adoption.
2. Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers (content, demand gen, design, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency using design tools like Canva.
- Track and report campaign performance.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Run multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, paid ads, webinars).
- Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Align with CRM (like Salesforce) for customer engagement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Customer Success → to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
- Work with Sales → to align messaging and support revenue goals.
- Work with Product → to communicate new features and collect user stories/case studies.
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as customer engagement, campaign ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze data, optimize campaigns, and manage marketing budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 11–15 years total, with at least 5–6 years in people management
- Industry" B2B SaaS (must have)
- Specialization: Customer marketing / Lifecycle marketing (not just lead gen)
- Tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot (any marketing automation + CRM tools)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills

Role: Mobile Automation Engineer (SDET) — On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable mobile test automation frameworks for Android and iOS using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest or equivalent tools to support continuous delivery.
- Create and own automated test suites (functional, regression, UI, and smoke) that run reliably in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and on cloud device farms (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs).
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to translate requirements into test strategies, write robust test cases, and automate end-to-end and integration scenarios (including API tests).
- Investigate, triage, and debug failures — use device logs, ADB, Xcode traces, and performance tools to isolate flakiness and reliability issues and drive fixes.
- Integrate automated tests into build pipelines, enforce quality gates, and provide actionable reporting and metrics for release readiness.
- Advocate and implement test automation best practices: code quality, modular frameworks, reusability, CI parallelization, and maintainable test data strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 3+ years in mobile QA/automation with hands-on experience in Appium or native frameworks (Espresso/XCUITest) across Android and iOS.
- Strong programming skills in Java/Kotlin or Swift and working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for scripting and test tooling.
- Experience integrating automated suites into CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and executing on real & virtual device clouds (BrowserStack/Sauce Labs).
- Practical experience with API testing (REST), test frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/Mocha), and source control (Git).
- Solid debugging skills using ADB, Xcode, Android SDK, and familiarity with mobile performance profiling.
- Preferred
- Experience building custom automation frameworks, parallel test execution, and reliability/flakiness reduction strategies.
- Knowledge of CI orchestration, containerized test runners, and mobile security or accessibility testing.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification, prior experience in Agile/Scrum teams, and exposure to device lab management.
