ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer who will work under guidance to support data engineering tasks, perform basic coding, and actively learn modern data platforms and tools. The ideal candidate should have foundational SQL knowledge, basic exposure to Databricks. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow into full data engineering responsibilities while contributing to data pipeline operations and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities-

• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows under mentorship.
• Write basic SQL queries, transformations, and assist with Databricks notebook tasks.
• Help troubleshoot data issues and contribute to ensuring pipeline reliability.
• Work with senior engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver small tasks.
• Assist in maintaining documentation, data dictionaries, and process notes.
• Learn and apply data engineering best practices, coding standards, and cloud fundamentals.
• Support basic tasks related to Power BI data preparation or integrations as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Foundational SQL skills with the ability to write and understand basic queries.
• Basic exposure to Databricks, data transformation concepts, or similar data tools.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data structures, and analytical workflows.
• Eagerness to learn modern data engineering tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to work under guidance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with senior engineers and analysts.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate with the sales team to deliver proposals, solutions etc. (including Request for proposals, request for information, idea and solution generation, road-map creation, and more)
• Coordinate with the tech team to generate appropriate project estimates and to come up with execution timelines and milestones.
• Where relevant, support sales team by presenting solution to prospects and clients.
• Ensure that the proposed (technical) solution is suitable for development, its associated architecture and also get the timelines required to develop the proposed scope.
• To build knowledge repository for further business development.
• To prepare case studies of all projects.
• Be updated with latest industry and technology trends, and to market research.
• Conduct account specific research on key accounts.
• Create solution frameworks for industries / domain we choose to play in.
• Provide support to sales team for any presentations and collaterals on our service offerings.
• Create and maintain a catalogue of service offerings along with necessary collateral in terms of presentations, documents etc.

QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong communication skills, written as well as oral

- Good sense of design

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Familiarity with digital technologies (trends, key players, and more) as well as with software -

developmentprocess, methodologies, standard practices and conventions, and so on.

- MBA from a reputed institution

- Strong research skills, especially with regard to scanning financial reports, industry data trends,

and so on.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• M-Tech or advanced degree a plus
• Hackathon participation and accolades are a plus

Job Role:

• 4+ years of object-oriented Java / J2EE development
•  Full SDLC experience (requirements gathering, architecture, development, QA, etc)…
•  Experience with Spring (MVC, IOP/DI, REST, Security) & Hibernate/Spring
•  Experience with SOAP / REST web services
•  Knowledge of SQL
•  Knowledge of No SQL concepts, understanding of Solr, Redis and Mongo DB is desirable
•  Must have worked on any one messaging solutions

Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding and conducting orientation & induction for new employees joining.
• Monthly leaves, timesheet & expense verification in the HRIS system.
• Employee offboarding & guiding employees with exit formalities.
• Regularly updating, reviewing, and accurately maintaining all employee master data & files in the HRIS system
• Maintaining and updating data pertaining to company assets & insurances.
• Disseminating information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Effectively handling all employee queries & grievances.
• Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & company’s standard processes.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong attention to detail and innate ownership of tasks/ activities.
• Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential data.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of cloud services on AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Have moderate-advanced experience in Java, C, C++, Python, Go or other object-oriented programming languages.
• You are Interested in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• You have a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
