StartingBloc supports a global community of leaders who are shifting the paradigm of work and leadership to create a more just, sustainable, and thriving planet. Over the last 16 years, we have helped forward thinkers feel less alone, more confident, and more supported to realize their vision and make the change they are capable of. StartingBloc is advancing a new paradigm of leadership and powering a global community of practitioners.
