About

Founded in 2015 by @Cécile Thuault, Softbridge Technology is a research and development company in process mining. This field, at the crossroads of "data science" (data mining, big data, artificial intelligence, ...) and "process science", brings to light new perspectives for process enhancement within modern companies. Thanks to its tools for process analysis and optimization as well as customer journey supervision, Softbridge Technology offers companies to adopt a systemic approach through a unified vision where information system, business process and customer journey are the three levels of organization of a complex system, the company. This systemic vision enables corrective and proactive strategies to be implemented, thus reducing the costs attributable to non-optimized processes: loss of customers, software failures, human errors, etc. Our product, Data Explorer, provides companies with a high level of expertise in process mining, and allows them to : - Identify in real time the incidents that impact the value chain; - Discover the operating mode of each process, and ensure their compliance and performance - Map the customer journey to better understand their behavior and anticipate their needs Our disruptive approach is based on the ability of our algorithms to continuously collect and analyze data in real time, and to provide managers and decision-makers with a global vision of operational reality. Softbridge Technology is present in France (Baie-Mahault, Paris) and in Canada (Montreal). www.softbridge-technology.com
