I-ON Broadband, a brand owned by D-Vois Communications Pvt. Ltd., is a Category 'A' Internet Service Provider renowned for delivering high-speed, seamless internet experiences to both home and corporate users. Established in 2007, I-ON has grown its presence across 48 cities, becoming one of the most trusted ISPs in India. The company’s vision is to be the most trusted and preferred Internet service provider in India, delivering exceptional customer experiences through reliable technology and tailor-made solutions.

Initially focused on setting up Wi-Fi networks at Manipal University, I-ON quickly expanded its services to hospitality, co-living spaces, airports, malls, and other public venues. In 2011, I-ON ventured into the residential broadband segment, adopting the highly reliable GPoN technology to deliver broadband services. Today, I-ON provides speeds of up to 1 Gbps to over 300,000 residences, making it a popular choice for high-speed internet users.

I-ON’s proximity to customers, with more than 140 branches located within 2 kilometers of every service area, ensures quick and efficient service. The company also pioneered public Wi-Fi services in Bengaluru in 2011 and has since collaborated with government organizations and global technology leaders to provide free or low-cost Wi-Fi in public areas, promoting digital inclusion and connectivity.

With expertise in both GPoN and Wi-Fi technologies, and extensive experience serving high-demand sectors, I-ON is uniquely positioned to deliver superior customer service. The company is committed to providing high-quality, high-speed internet services, innovative technology solutions, and exceptional customer support, underscoring its mission to exceed customer expectations and be a responsible corporate citizen in the communities it serves.
