- Full stack developer position.
- Should have total of 5-7 years of experience.
- Should have min. of 2 years of experience in developing Enterprise apps on React.js and 2 years on Django apps.
- Very good in Data structure, logical reasoning, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure or GCP is also required.
- Good Understanding of Design and Integration patterns.
- Ability to work independently and with lots of ownership.
- Ability to learn and apply newer technologies quickly.
- Good to have knowledge in building progressive web apps.
Role Description
- You will be full stack senior developer.
- Handle team of junior backend and frontend developer.
- You can and want to write code end-to-end.
- You would enjoy designing a system for speed and scale.
- Developing product using Reactjs for front end and Python for back end.
- We want you to debate on the pros and cons of different architectures and tech stack choices and be real contributing members.
- We want people who can and want to learn new stuff in real-time while on the job.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
