Although many internet start-ups in India are solving the first problem of 'finding a property'​, we feel that the other painful steps are still offline and have not been solved. Maatrum Technologies is a start-up that is creating an Indian "Online Real Estate Title Verification system"​ powered by technology. The product will make it easy for a home buyer/ owner/ lawyer to get legal details about their property from a few clicks. More importantly, the information will be very simple so that the user can take informed decisions about the transactions. More Power to Team India!!!! TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW: The technology relies on Complex scripts in Ruby and the framework that we have adopted is Ruby on Rails. WHO WE ARE: Our team consists of passionate patriots from different backgrounds. We spent the last year with top law firms in Chennai, attended law classes, spent time in government offices and even performed a few title reports on our own. To build a title verification company, we have adequate knowledge about the big problem that is staring at us and the product that needs to be built. We are looking for dynamic technology leads who can help translate that product vision into revolutionary software.
