Data Analytics📌 E-commerce Manager
🔹 Job Summary
E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing a company’s online sales, website, and digital presence. The role focuses on increasing revenue, improving customer experience, and optimizing online operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales and market share
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online store (website, product listings, pricing)
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance
- Coordinate with IT, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
- Manage inventory, product catalog, and promotions
- Ensure smooth customer journey and high satisfaction levels
- Track competitors and market trends

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
