Senior SEO & Website Growth Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Website Growth Manager to drive organic growth, manage website performance, build high-converting landing pages, and improve qualified lead generation.
This is a hands-on role combining SEO strategy, WordPress management, landing-page development, technical SEO, conversion-rate optimization, analytics, local SEO, and AI-assisted search optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1.SEO and organic growth
Own the SEO strategy across technical, on-page, content, local, off-page, and digital PR
activities.
Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor research, keyword clustering, and
content-gap analysis.
Create and execute SEO roadmaps aligned with traffic, lead, conversion, and revenue goals.
Improve organic sessions, keyword rankings, qualified leads, conversion rates, and referring
domains.
Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog,
and Looker Studio.
2.Landing pages and CRO
Build and optimize landing pages for organic search, Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, local campaigns, services, and locations.
Create pages using WordPress, Elementor, Gutenberg, HTML, and CSS.
Develop conversion elements such as forms, click-to-call buttons, WhatsApp CTAs, FAQs, testimonials, trust signals, and clear calls to action.
Optimize landing pages for search intent, mobile responsiveness, page speed, usability, accessibility, and conversion rate.
Conduct A/B tests on page copy, headlines, layouts, forms, CTAs, images, and offers.
Implement and validate tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks, downloads, bookings, and other key actions.
3.WordPress and website management
Manage WordPress themes, plugins, custom post types, taxonomies, menus, templates, and page builders.
Build and maintain SEO-friendly service pages, location pages, blog templates, campaign pages, and reusable website components.
Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, responsive-layout issues, broken forms, security concerns, and functionality problems.
Improve performance through image optimization, caching, lazy loading, CDN configuration, and code optimization.
Manage staging environments, backups, redirects, migrations, URL changes, and safe staging-to-live deployments.
Coordinate with developers, designers, content teams, and external vendors.
4.Technical SEO
Conduct technical audits and prepare prioritized action plans.
Manage crawlability, indexation, website architecture, internal linking, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals.
Resolve broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, orphan pages, crawl errors, soft 404s, and JavaScript-rendering issues.
Implement canonical tags, redirects, pagination, breadcrumbs, hreflang, Open Graph metadata, and relevant schema markup.
Review server response codes, staging changes, migrations, and technical releases for SEO impact.
Ensure website updates do not create performance, security, indexation, or usability issues.
5.Portals and local SEO
Build scalable service, location, lead-generation, and content portals.
Create reusable templates, taxonomies, filters, search functions, forms, and category structures.
Develop city, suburb, neighbourhood, and pincode-level landing pages without creating thin or duplicate content.
Manage Google Business Profile listings, local citations, NAP consistency, local schema, service-area targeting, reviews, FAQs, and location-specific content.
Monitor local-pack, Google Maps, “near me”, and local lead performance.
6.Content, AI search and digital PR
Create SEO content briefs and optimize website content based on search intent and business priorities.
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer, Frase, Jasper, or similar tools for keyword clustering, content briefs, competitor research, internal linking, and optimization.
Review AI-generated content for accuracy, originality, expertise, brand alignment, and human quality.
Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini, and other generative search platforms.
Build white-hat backlinks through digital PR, expert commentary, data-led campaigns, relevant guest posts, broken-link building, partnerships, and unlinked brand mentions.
Avoid PBNs, link farms, spam networks, and manipulative link-building practices.
Key Requirements

Strong analytical, copywriting, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing, sales, design, development, and external agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, and lead-generation funnels.
