About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator with hands-on experience in managing Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems, ensuring security, and supporting compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux servers.
- Manage and monitor system performance, storage, and patch updates.
- Handle user accounts, access controls, and system permissions.
- Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, networks, and security tools.
- Support and maintain cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Implement system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
- Ensure systems are compliant with internal security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with teams during compliance audits and maintain related documentation.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security configurations.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Knowledge of PCIDSS and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience assisting in compliance audits.

Job Description
The consultant aids internal or external teams to achieve and maintain compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701 through the following responsibilities:
- Conduct gap assessments for frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and related standards.
- Assist in policy development, risk assessments, and readiness audits.
- Coordinate audit engagements, collect evidence, and support certification processes.
- Develop and implement GRC controls and processes.
- Advise on remediation and corrective action plans after gap analyses.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements, providing guidance to clients or internal teams.
Key Skills
The ideal GRC Level 2 Consultant should display competency in the following skills:
- Working knowledge of standards: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 (preferred exposure to ISO 22301, GDPR, NIST CSF, SOC 2).
- Gap assessment methodology and compliance audit experience.
- Policy and control documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting.
- Risk assessment and remediation planning expertise.
- Communication of technical requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and report writing abilities.
- Familiarity with GRC Practice
- Experience supporting external certification audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
