Performance Creative Video Editor

We are a performance-first marketing agency helping brands grow through high-performing ads, creative strategy, and data-driven marketing.

We don't believe videos are just about good transitions or effects — every creative should grab attention, tell a story, and drive action.

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor who understands short-form content, audience psychology, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do:

• Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & ad creatives
• Create attention-grabbing hooks and strong first 3 seconds
• Add captions, B-rolls, motion graphics, transitions & sound design
• Convert raw footage into high-retention videos
• Create multiple creative variations for testing
• Research viral content trends and winning ad creatives
• Collaborate with our team on creative ideas
• Deliver projects within timelines

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in short-form video editing
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing & retention
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to understand brand voice and audience psychology
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Someone who improves with feedback and takes ownership

Bonus points:

• Experience creating Meta/Facebook ad creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing
• Motion graphics skills
• Basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
• Interest in studying viral content & consumer behavior
