What We're Looking For: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in challenging environments and has a keen eye for detail. If you're passionate about both the front and backend, and love creating scalable, robust, and elegant solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Interface with a Python backend via REST APIs to develop and integrate new features.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO and the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, robustness, and scalability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, code quality, and efficiency.

Must-Have:

• 4-6 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart for web development.
• Python experience, particularly in backend development.
• Proficiency with Git, bash scripting, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of AWS and experience deploying in cloud environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with React and Node.js (bonus if you've worked with both!).
• Familiarity with web analytics and integrating analytics tools into web applications.
