We are looking for a technically savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests. Successful candidates must be social, and analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve onboarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the organization.

We are seeking an experienced outbound call representative with a US accent to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, engage with them in conversation, and schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a US accent
- Engage in natural and persuasive conversation to generate interest in our products/services
- Identify the needs and pain points of the prospect and offer solutions
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close the sale
- Document all calls and relevant information accurately in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the outbound call centre or appointment-setting role
- Native or fluent English speaker with a clear US accent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
