Outbound Sales Manager / Sales Lead –IT Services

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager / Sales Lead to drive new business across international markets. The role will focus on outbound prospecting, campaign management, CXO engagement, pipeline development and revenue generation for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end outbound sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.

• Identify and target prospects across US, UK, Europe, UAE, Australia and other international markets, engaging CXOs, Founders, CTOs, CIOs, VPs and Business Heads.

• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo and other sales intelligence platforms.

• Plan and run multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other relevant platforms to generate qualified leads and meetings.

• Develop campaign strategies around target audience, industry, geography, messaging and business objectives.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, including response rates, leads, MQL/SQL conversion, meetings, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution.

• Prepare campaign and sales reports to measure productivity, effectiveness and ROI, and use insights to continuously optimize targeting, messaging and channels.

• Understand client requirements and position relevant IT, AI, Software Development and Digital Transformation solutions.

• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, proposals, negotiations and deal closures.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate CRM data and regular sales forecasting and reporting.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solution and Delivery teams to convert opportunities into business. Manager / Lead Responsibilities In addition to the above, the Manager/Lead will:

• Lead and mentor SDR/BDR/Business Development teams and drive individual and team targets.

• Define sales KPIs, campaign targets, activity benchmarks and revenue goals. 1

• Conduct regular pipeline, campaign and team performance reviews.

• Analyze team productivity, conversion and campaign ROI to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Build scalable outbound processes, sales playbooks and campaign strategies.

• Present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
