General skills required
• 3 - 6 years of experience in software development.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal support.
• Required knowledge of Project Management methodologies like Agile and Kanban.
• Ability to mentor or lead junior team members.
• Able to estimate, plan and schedule deliveries.
• Fluency in English language (Reading, writing & speaking)
Required Competencies
• Can write clean, scalable code in C# language.
• Rich ability to solve problems using Microsoft’s .NET Infrastructure.
• Experience of developing Web applications using ASP.NET MVC 5.0 or ASP.NET Core, Blazor
framework, & web API knowledge.
• Experience of using Relational & Non-relational Databases with strong knowledge of SQL and
ORM model like Entity Framework Core with proven experience in data structure patterns, their
usage, and performance implications with specific applications of .NET Collections and LINQ.
• Knowledge of Industry standard Authentication & Authorization technics with best security
practices.
• Experience with delegates, thread management, multi-threading using Parallel libraries.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD implementation and automated testing frameworks and
Deployment technics.
• Azure cloud resource deployment/administration/development experience.
Preferred Competencies
• Third party UI Frameworks experience like DevExpress, Telerik.
• NoSQL Databases knowledge like Cosmos DB, Mongo, Azure Table Storage
• Python language knowledge, ML & AI related experience.
• Azure Active directory, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Serverless apps
• Experience of developing chat bots using Microsoft Bot framework.
Educational Competency
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Work location
• Remote work (Work from Home)
o Virtual Machine will be provided for work, Physical machine need to be arranged by
oneself.
o Required broadband network minimum 16mbps & electricity backup option.
o Comfortable & Calm working environment.
• Work in Japan
o There is possibility to work in Japan for the consistently performing candidate.
