Role Overview

As a Engineering manager you will be responsible for coordinating and driving to completion tech initiatives that span multiple teams (dashboard, web-app scanner, new scanners etc.). Technical Expertise:

  • Specialize as the go-to person for one or more technologies and take initiative to learn new ones.
  • Design and implement medium to large-sized features while reducing the system’s tech debt.

  • Be hands-on with writing code, contributing a good amount of time with development tasks as required.

  • 3+ years experience in Technical Program Management (i.e owning delivery of products end to end)
  • Strong product & program management background preferably in dev-tools or infra product is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skill with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects with tight deadlines, aggressive goals, and ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of application & infrastructure security is preferred - helps you stand out 😉
