Position: Store Manager (SM) / Assistant Store Manager (ASM) – Apparel

For Store Manager (SM):

Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Apparel / Clothing Brand Mandatory)

Age Criteria: Up to 35 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

CTC: 4.8 LPA – 5.4 LPA

For Assistant Store Manager (ASM):

Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Apparel / Clothing Brand Mandatory)

Age Criteria: Up to 30 Years

Salary: ₹38,000 per month

CTC: 4.56 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days

(Weekends Working, 1 Weekday off between Mon–Fri)

Working Timings: Rotational Shifts

Job Role – SM / ASM (Apparel):

• Manage daily store operations and team performance.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Handle inventory, stock control, and replenishment.
• Support promotions, sales strategies, and reporting.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily store activities.

SAP ABAP Consultant will work closely with ABAP Lead, ABAP Team and functional teams who has ABAP skills providing SAP Technical implementation and support skills to an International Corporation. The candidate will be expected to ensure a well-coordinated working relationship is established between on-site and off-site team members.

The candidate must have an understanding of the more technical and less functional aspects and development processes related to SAP ECC 6.0.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of complex SAP solutions.

 Should have implementation/Roll out/support experience.

 Expertise in SAP ABAP Reporting, SAP Scripts, Smartforms, User-Exits / Customer-Exits, ALE’s, IDOC’s, BAPI’s, BADIs, Enhancement Framework, ALE, IDOCs, BAPIs, ABAP Objects, BDC/LSMW, Dialog programming, Workflows and Proxy based developments.

 Experience in ABAP / Java Webdynpro and Netweaver PI is desirable.

 Experience in designing and developing technical specifications and solutions for a given assignment.

 Should have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

 Experience with ECC version 6.0 will be highly regarded

 Strong Experience with SAP SD, MM and FI/CO modules

 Should be a good team player with the ability to mentor the peers and juniors.

 Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and bringing out quarterly newsletter, case study booklets, annual report
• Create and draft News releases, articles, editorials, publications, and Case Studies, Testimonials & other written communication products.
• Manage the organization's social media presence and develop engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
• Provide support to team members on effective communication practices.
• Ensure that all communication materials adhere to the organization's brand and messaging guidelines.
• Good communications skill to communicate within the internal team Pan-India & external stakeholders.
• Design of banners, standees, and other communication materials for the centres, events, etc. Preferable – Good understanding of design principles
