As Research Analyst------------------------------------------------------------• Comprehensive Requirement analysis of the project - both technically and functionally with all the stakeholders.• Develop course agendas (lesson plans), outlines, and prepare course narratives for all forms of delivery: classroom, WebClasses, self-paced learning, and interactive e-learning.• Develop contents, assessment questions, exercises, capstone projects, reference guides, train the trainer guides, manuals, etc.• Review prototype and storyboard to enhance the training.• Knowledge of implementing SCORM compliance• Deployment of e-learning modules on server and testing for the same• Analyze new product releases to determine the impact on existing training content and identify new training needsEducation: BE/BTech in Computers or IT with a minimum 60%.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.As Instructional Designer-------------------------------------------------------------• Follow and apply the principles of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for all the phases of Instructional Designing for the project• Prepare self-explanatory storyboards and outlines.• Efficient usage of slides, texts, images along with animation during the e-learning development.• Design and develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience training needsEducation: BE/BTech in Computers or IT with a minimum 60%.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
