Location: On-site – Lower Parel, Mumbai (10 Mins Walking From Station)

Role Overview:
We are hiring for Customer Support Executive role to assist clients using our software. This role involves handling inbound support calls, resolving queries related to software usage, billing, accounting, and GST via phone and remote tools (AnyDesk / UltraViewer).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and resolve software-related queries
- Support clients with accounting, GST, and billing features
- Use AnyDesk / UltraViewer for remote troubleshooting
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Requirements:
- Min. 6 months of experience in customer support
- Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com or equivalent)
- Knowledge of accounting & basic GST
- Familiarity with AnyDesk / UltraViewer
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers successfully adopt Quickbase’s no-code/low-code platform. You’ll partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to lead technical and functional implementations for new and existing clients. Your goal is to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities, drive solution adoption, and enable long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate successful Quickbase adoption through structured engagements.
- Define success metrics and deliver measurable value.
- Coach and enable new Quickbase builders (end-users).
- Understand client business needs and propose optimal solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and become a trusted advisor.
- Drive implementation best practices across technical, security, and operational aspects.
- Contribute insights to product and engineering teams based on client feedback.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years delivering technical solutions in services, engineering, or support roles.
- 3+ years experience designing and building with Quickbase (or similar low-code platforms).
- Strong curiosity about business processes and process optimization.
- 2+ years working with relational databases, SaaS tools, or enterprise integrations.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Exposure to ERP systems and enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
