We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Search & Licensing vertical, managing a team of 25–30 professionals. The role involves driving strategy, operations, and business growth while ensuring delivery of high-quality IP search, analytics, and licensing services to global clients across ICT, Pharma, Life Sciences, Engineering, and related domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and manage overall performance of the Search & Licensing vertical.
- Own P&L, revenue generation, and business expansion strategies.
- Oversee patent search & analytics (Novelty, FTO, Invalidity, Landscaping, Technology Scouting).
- Lead IP monetization and licensing initiatives, including SEP-related work.
- Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure adoption of best practices, processes, and new technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Technology (any discipline).
- Postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property (preferred).
- 10–15 years in IP services with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in patent search, analytics, licensing (SEP experience mandatory).
- Global client exposure across multiple sectors.
