Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Search & Licensing vertical, managing a team of 25–30 professionals. The role involves driving strategy, operations, and business growth while ensuring delivery of high-quality IP search, analytics, and licensing services to global clients across ICT, Pharma, Life Sciences, Engineering, and related domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and manage overall performance of the Search & Licensing vertical.
• Own P&L, revenue generation, and business expansion strategies.
• Oversee patent search & analytics (Novelty, FTO, Invalidity, Landscaping, Technology Scouting).
• Lead IP monetization and licensing initiatives, including SEP-related work.
• Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure adoption of best practices, processes, and new technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Technology (any discipline).
• Postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property (preferred).
• 10–15 years in IP services with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in patent search, analytics, licensing (SEP experience mandatory).
• Global client exposure across multiple sectors.
