Responsibilities:
- Support the project manager with end-to-end project management activities.
- Prepare project management deliverables such as the project charter, project plan or schedule, risk and issue tracker, communication plan, stakeholder mapping, MOM, and weekly reports.
- Standardize processes and define templates for project deliverables. Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Manage resourcing and optimize resource utilization handle knowledge management and organize trainings.
- Manage document onboarding and off boarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- MIS Data Preparation:
- Compile, analyze, and present Management Information System (MIS) reports as per CEO’s requirements. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of data to support strategic decision-making.
- Minutes of Meeting Preparation:
- Accurately document minutes of internal and external meetings. Ensure timely circulation of MoMs, highlight key action items, and track follow-ups for closure.
- Departmental Follow-ups:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and Heads of Departments (HODs). Ensure timely collection of inputs, action items, and status updates from all relevant stakeholders.
- Status Tracking (Meetings & Projects):
- Maintain and monitor status updates of ongoing meetings, tasks, and strategic projects. Provide periodic reports to the CEO on progress, bottlenecks, and pending actions.
- Calendar & Email Management:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence, ensuring priorities are well-organized and time is optimally utilized.
- Confidential Support:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Facilitate smooth internal communication on behalf of the CEO and assist in drafting official communications and presentations when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech related field (MBA preferred)
- Min-7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MIS SAVY, DATA ANALYTICAL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in managing cross-functional coordination
- Understanding of project tracking and performance reporting
- Ability to handle ambiguity and anticipate the CEO's needs proactively

Required Skills:
1 to 2 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
Good understanding of SDLC phases, knowledge of project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and
Agile).
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Attention to detail, negotiation skills, critical thinking, and task management.
