Job Summary:

Lead the management, support, and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), as well as a broad understanding of enterprise applications including CRM, BI, and other business-critical platforms. This role will play a key part in aligning IT application strategy with business goals, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the enterprise application portfolio, with a focus on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), CRM, BI tools, and other business applications.
• Drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft D365 ERP across all business units.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and design scalable application solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for major application initiatives including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and change management.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to application development and support teams.
• Ensure application reliability, availability, and performance through effective governance and support models.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and solution providers, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
• Apply ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
• Experience in solution architecture and aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other relevant ERP systems.
• Certification in ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Experience in cloud-based applications and integration platforms.
• Exposure to data analytics, AI, or process automation technologies.

Requirement for Python Developer

Require more than 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and associated third-party libraries.

Should have strong logical and programming skills.

Experience with Django and DRF.

Should have knowledge about MongoDB

Coordinating with the team and sharing ideas in project planning and development

Main Responsibilities of a Python Developer

· Experience with DevOps technologies and Knowledge about APIs to architect cloud-ready applications

Develop, design, and implement embedded applications.

· Prepares appropriate documentation as required by internal product development processes

· Conducts and participates in design, code and test reviews and inspections, as well as the feasibility, efficacy and compliance to functional and regulatory standards.

· Works closely with the software team, the software verification team, the functional manager and the project manager.

· Collaborates with distributed, cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability and schedule goals.

· Investigates software, hardware, and system problems using a variety of techniques and provides innovative solutions.

· Conduct and participate in reviews and inspections for all elements in the firmware lifecycle to ensure that our code quality and customer satisfaction goals are achieved

Skill Sets:

• B.Tech. / M.Tech. (any stream)

· Good knowledge in firmware development field with more than 3 years of experience

· Basic knowledge of software life cycle, algorithm and data structure.

· Excellent knowledge of OS, coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems

· Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components.

· Ability to understand the electrical schematics and work closely with electrical team.

· Experience with Real Time Operating Systems and Embedded Linux.

· Mode of network connectivity - good idea about GSM/GPRS, Wifi, Ethernet mode of connections. TCP, MQTT, HTTP mode of connection will be a big plus

· Protocols Like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, MODBUS, TCP/IP, USB, Bluetooth.

· Experience in modules like Wi-Fi, BLE, Lora WAN, ZIGBEE, RF etc.

· Should have experience in working with TFT and LED displays.

· Extensive experience in micro-controller/microprocessor (like ARM Cortex M, ESP32, STM Chips, NXP, BeagleBone , ESP chips, BeagleBone black, STM Chips, Atmega chips etc.)

· Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review (GIT, SVN)

· History of driving project execution and timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus.

· Experience writing / interfacing with device drivers.

· Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies.
