Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Engineer with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing or production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and meeting manufacturing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Control: Manage production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Equipment Maintenance: Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless production operations.
• Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production (preferably in [your industry, e.g., automotive, heavy machinery]).
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD software and production planning tools.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Technical Experience:

-Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

-Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

-Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

-Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

-Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

-Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

-Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

-Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

-Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

-Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch

-Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers

-Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks

-Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

-Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

-A knack for benchmarking and optimization

-Understanding of Googles Android design principles and interface guidelines

-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Core Javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON understanding is mandatory
• Expertise of functional programming using JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
• Expertise of UI framework - React / Redux, RXJS
• Preferred experience with new generation of Web Programming - using Micro Service, REST/JSON, GraphQL and Component UI models
• Expertise with data visualization flow development along with usage of modern charting and graphical java script libraries

About the role:-

• The Healthcare/Nurse Recruiter is a key position, with the primary goal of providing recruiting support for our various client locations across the US. What will you be doing day-to-day?
• Generate leads through sourcing initiatives, social media advertising, phone interviews, and a high-volume outbound call phone strategy.
• Search Applicant Tracking System, social media, and other platforms to find caregivers for our open Travel and Per-Diem positions for RN's, CNA's, PCT's and all allied positions.
• Establish relationships with Healthcare Providers and maintain a pipeline of providers to encourage a long-term working relationship.
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure candidate viability and arrange client interviews.

Your Experience:

• 2+ Years of a proven track record in a Healthcare Staffing Company.
• 1+ Years of experience in Healthcare Clinical and Allied staffing
• A background or experience in sales is a big plus.
