The Opportunity:

Working within the Professional Services team as Senior Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are implemented efficiently and effectively. You will partner with our customers to take them on a journey from understanding their incentive compensation needs, through design and building within the product, testing and training, to the customer using Performio to pay their commissions. You will be able to work independently as well as part of small project teams to create and implement solutions for existing and new customers alike.

What will you be doing:

• ● Effectively organize, lead and facilitate discussions with Customers and internal Stakeholders
• ● Elicit detailed requirements from Customers around their sales comp plans, data, and processes
• ● Deliver thorough, well-documented, detailed system design that ties back to Customer specific requirements
• ● Implement system designs in our SaaS ICM Software product: Setup data intake from the Customer, data integration / enrichment / transformation, buildout the compensation plans in the software tool, configure reporting & analytics according to customer requirements gleaned in the discovery process
• ● Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure a high-quality solution is delivered to customers
• ● Evaluate discrepancies in data and accurately identify root causes for any errors
• ● Lead the Customer Testing Support & System Handover activities, working closely with Customer Admins
• ● Train & support Customer Admins on the Performio product and the Customer’s specific implementation
• ● Be actively involved and support Customers through the system go-live process
• ● Support existing Customers by investigating and resolving issues

• What we’re looking for:
• ● 5+ Years of relevant working experience in professional services on implementation of ICM solutions using products like SAP Commissions/Callidus, Xactly, Varicent etc.
• ● Proficient in working with large datasets using Excel, Relational Database Tables, SQL, ETL or similar type of tools
• ● Good understanding of Incentive Compensation Management concepts
• ● Willing to take on ambiguous & complex challenges and solve them

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on IBM FileNet (CPE) and Java/J2EE is mandatory.

• Good understanding of React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and front-end languages.

• Understand Project and detailed Scope and seek clarifications where necessary.

• Design, develop, and unit test applications / products.

Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will analyse the current state operations, propose workflows and tools that drive improvements to the app or for addressing country-specific needs. Identify and execute on opportunities, to streamline workflows and increase collaboration and productivity across the team. You will proactively track risks/issues with development, ensure business requirements are met, and advocate for future enhancements. Support the leadership team in implementing new ideas effectively within the Uable culture and manage change to maximise adoption of new tools or processes. We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel and WordPress to join our team. Requirements:
