Job brief We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our start up find and retain the best talent. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. What is a talent acquisition manager? To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. Responsibilities • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans • Ensure consistent and efficient sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes • Lead employment branding initiatives • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, aptitude tests etc.) • Build a diverse pipeline through identifying, cultivating, and leveraging sources of diverse talent. • Assist in employee retention and development • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events • Ongoing – Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement for current employees • Developing Readiness plans for all roles (Customer support executive, Tech Leads, Account manager etc.) Requirements • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager (Customer support Industry experience preferred) • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding • In-depth recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; thorough understanding of traditional and cutting-edge sourcing strategies and methodologies to include utilization of social media to recruit passive and active as well as expand employment brand. • Experience growing and scaling a team with distributed offices and the ability to effectively manage remotely. • Solid understanding of how to use data and metrics to give the business an accurate picture of recruiting health. • Must possess strong business acumen, the ability to drive results through others, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation. • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills. • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability. • Proven ability to meet established and quantifiable goals in a timely manner. • A leader and strategic thinker • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field

Recruitment & On-Boarding: ● Manages the recruitment team for the business function ● Ensures that we have adequate headcount as per the annual plan ● Ensures that the new joiners have best onboarding experience Learning & Development: ● Owns & manages the new joiners induction training for the business function ● Owns & manages the internal LMS which is used for training the employees ● Training Need Analysis (TNA) & owning the training calendar in consultation with the business management team Knowledge Management ○ All processes & policies pertaining to business function Desired Candidate Profile ● MBA in HR or marketing, with 8 - 10 years of experience in HR functions preferably across Engagement, Talent Acquisition & Training ● Experience in managing a team : Preferable ● Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written. ● Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient. ● High energy levels and passion to build world class HR services.
