Job Description 

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face of our payment solutions at one of the busiest airports in India. You will ensure that every merchant—from luxury boutiques to food outlets—enjoys a seamless payment experience. Your primary responsibility is to maintain the health of our POS/EDC terminals and tablets through proactive daily visits and rapid technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Company: Walk the airport terminal daily to visit your assigned shops. Make sure store managers know you and trust you to help them.
• Fix Tech Issues on the Spot: If a credit card machine (POS) or tablet isn't working, fix it immediately so the shop doesn't lose sales.
• Problem Solver: If you can’t fix a machine yourself, report it to your boss right away so a replacement can be sent.
• Maintenance Checks: Regularly check all devices to make sure they are charged and connected to the internet before the airport gets busy.
• Help & Mentor: Show shop staff how to use the machines correctly and how to fix simple internet or paper jam issues.
• Keep Records: Keep a simple daily log of which shops you visited, what you fixed, and what the shop owners are saying about the service.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Technical diplomas or IT backgrounds are a plus).
• Experience: 0–3 years in field support, retail operations, or customer success. Experience with POS/EDC hardware is highly preferred.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a significant advantage for local coordination.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night shifts) to support 24/7 airport operations.
• Physical Stamina: Comfort with extensive walking and standing, as the role requires visiting multiple outlets across large airport terminals.
• Problem-Solving: A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title : System Support Engineer – L1

Experience : 2.5+ Years

Location : Mumbai (Powai)

Role Summary :

Provide first-level technical and functional support for enterprise applications and infrastructure. Handle user issues, troubleshoot systems, and ensure timely resolution while following support processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide phone/email support and own user issues end-to-end.
• Log, track, and update tickets in Jira/Freshdesk.
• Troubleshoot Linux/UNIX systems, web servers, and databases.
• Escalate unresolved issues and communicate during downtimes.
• Create knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Mandatory Skills :

Linux/UNIX administration, Apache/Tomcat/JBoss, basic SQL databases (MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle), scripting knowledge, and ticketing tools experience.

Preferred :

• Banking/Financial Services domain exposure and client-site support experience.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to work in rotational shifts are essential.

• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices for high-performance AI systems.
• Apply enterprise object-oriented programming best practices for secure, scalable backend services.
• Integrate AI-powered features with cloud-native architectures.

• Build LLM-powered features with the OpenAI API or other LLM APIs (reasoning and non-reasoning models, temperature tuning, version control).
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and model tuning techniques for optimized results.
• Deploy and manage solutions using Docker and secure integrations (e.g., SSO, Google Drive).

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience (REST APIs, microservices, OO enterprise architecture).
• 3+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, OpenAI API).
• Strong hands-on Python expertise and object-oriented design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, Lambda, Docker, and secure system integrations.
• Proven track record delivering production-ready, scalable applications.
