Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D interior and exterior models from architectural drawings and design concepts.
• Develop realistic renders using D5 Render, Lumion and Enscape.
• Prepare 3D walkthroughs and presentation visuals.
• Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D models using SketchUp.
• Understand and interpret GFC drawings and architectural details.
• Maintain accurate Feet & Inches measurements and dimensions.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, furniture and landscaping elements.

Preferred Experience
