Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for IT and software implementation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in data, migration, BI, or related technology roles.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL/ELT, data transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data, Metadata Management, and Data Security.
• Strong experience with BI reporting and dashboard development.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, or equivalent.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities for a Visitor Management System (VMS) project.

The VMS is a digital platform designed to register, track, and manage non-employee visitors entering business premises. The solution aims to replace manual/paper-based visitor processes with a secure, standardised, and automated visitor check-in and management workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis activities.

* Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and system requirements.

* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discussions.

* Analyse and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

* Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the software development team.

* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with the VMS objectives.

* Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other BA documentation as required.

* Work closely with UI/UX, development, testing, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

We are looking for a QA/Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with experience testing Visitor Management Systems or similar enterprise applications. The candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end testing, managing defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of the system. Experience working on software projects in Arabic/Arabic-language environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for the Visitor Management System.
• Test visitor registration, pre-registration, check-in/check-out, approvals, host notifications, and visitor badge workflows.
• Validate visitor access, security, appointment scheduling, and approval workflows.
• Test integrations with access control systems, biometric devices, email/SMS notifications, and third-party systems.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through closure.
• Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes.
• Validate Arabic language, RTL (Right-to-Left) UI, Arabic data entry, and localization where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers, business teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide QA status updates.
