We are now looking for a UX/UI designer who can help us conceptualize, design and test multiple new features and products being built out of here. You are a great fit if you thrive in a fast-moving environment, see the big picture and the tiny details, and are ready to do whatever it takes to get a product out and grow it.
What you will do?
- Work with the product team to develop design flows and create user stories of new features.
- Conceptualize, design and prototype the user stories to make low/high fidelity mockups.
- Conduct quick, iterative usability testing for the designed concepts.
- Research broad and deep to come up with simple solutions for complex problems
- Drive product adoption through user experience
- Learn and understand the user persona for the product and apply it to create an elegant experience for the same.
Skills required
- 2-4 years of product design experience
- B2B and/or SaaS experience is preferred
- Experience with mockup and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of how to conduct user interviews and conduct basic research on design.
- Good sense of visual design
