We are now strengthening our product design foundation and we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who blends creativity with usability to shape an intuitive, beautiful, and conversion-optimized experience for millions of users.
🎯 Role Overview
You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user journeys, pixel-perfect interfaces, and visually engaging experiences across ZestFindz web and mobile apps.
This role requires a strong balance between UI aesthetics and UX problem-solving you’ll translate complex workflows into simple, delightful interactions that improve engagement and conversions.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine end-to-end product experiences across ZestFindz Web & App platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing to define UX improvements.
- Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes (Figma / Framer).
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system & UI kit across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfect.
- Optimize user flows for onboarding, product discovery, checkout, and AR/AI-powered features.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align UI/UX with brand identity.
- Collect and interpret user feedback and analytics (Hotjar, GA4, or similar tools).
- Present design solutions with clarity and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce and AI design trends to constantly innovate ZestFindz’s user experience.
⚙️ Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency with Figma (auto-layouts, components, variants, design systems).
- Expertise in UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color psychology.
- Experience designing for responsive web + mobile apps (Flutter / React Native).
- Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, and persona creation.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and micro-animations.
- Ability to translate analytics and A/B testing data into UX improvements.
- Good understanding of developer handoff processes (Zeplin / Figma Inspect).
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
💎 Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points)
- Knowledge of motion design tools (After Effects / LottieFiles).
- Experience with eCommerce or SaaS product design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics or component-driven design systems.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows (Framer AI, Uizard, Galileo AI).
- Ability to design for AR/VR or 3D product visualization (preferred for ZestFindz).
