We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading a team, mentoring junior developers, acting as the technical anchor for projects and driving end-to-end delivery while working closely with US-based clients.

The candidate should possess excellent technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, strong client-facing communication skills and experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key responsibilities:
