Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM), responsible for owning projects from start to finish. This role would involve managing the client relationship from an initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are high-quality, optimally solve the client’s problems, and are delivered on time and on budget. The PM’s goal is to ensure that the end-to-end experience of working exceeds the client’s expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders involved to determine and document the scope of the project.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare estimations for the project.
• Create project plans from the scope of work after collaborating with the internal team. 
• Regular management of tasks, allocation, prioritization and due dates for smooth execution of the project.
• Plan and execute daily scrum across multiple projects.
• Track project plans to ensure milestones are met on a consistent basis.
• Ensuring the requirement documentation is created properly and managed.
• Communicate project status with management, team members, and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. 
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, costs, and timelines for the project.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings
• Facilitate clear communication as a single point of contact from the client to the team. 
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in project retrospectives and work closely with the management team to regularly improve protocols and processes.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in an IT Service company with exposure to managing multiple International Projects at a time. .
• Technical Educational background is a must; B.E/BTech. 
• Excellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Skilled in project management and decision making.
• Experience with Agile process and methods.
• Experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders like Designers, Developers, QA Leaders, etc. 
• Ability to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds/skillset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Experience working with project management tools like JIRA/ Asana / Click Up / Trello
• Requires very little direction.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields preferred.

* 7+ years' experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality

Analyst.

* Strong proficiency in manual and automation testing.

* Hands-on experience with JavaScript for test automation.

* Familiarity with JMeter for API testing.

* Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

environment.

* Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Performance testing and jmeter - must have skills

We are looking "Mobile Developer" for Reputed Client @ Coimbatore Permanent Role.

Experience: 1-2 Yrs

Responsibilities: 

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)

• Develop APIs to support functionality of mobile devices

• Work closely with colleagues in marketing and product development to improve app design and functionality

• Implement testing procedures to identify bugs

• Engage with users to better understand customer needs and opportunities for improvements

• Adapt current web applications for mobile platforms

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience with system design, programming, and data structuring

SAP B1 Developer

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or comparable in the computer science area Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Experience with object-oriented development in Java and/ or C# and/ or Vb.net.
• Very good knowledge in front and backend web development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
• Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
• Database Application Knowledge (SQL)
• Knowledge in handling of data formats (JSON, XML)
• Experience with version control systems (GIT, TFVC)

• Should have strong experience in working Configuration Management area, with tools preferably, TFSVC, TFS vNext OR GIT, SVN, Jenkins
• Strong working experience in tools related to Application Lifecycle Management, like Microsoft TFS
• Should have hands-on working experience in CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment) practices
• Strong be expertise in handling software builds & release mgmt. activities in Dotnet based environment / Java environment
• Strong skills in Perl or PowerShell or in any other scripting/automation/programming language
• Should have exposure to various build environments like dotNet, Java
• Should have experience with writing build scripts, automation of daily/nightly builds & deployment
• Good knowledge in Merging /Branching concepts.
