Candidates from Mumbai and Maharashtra are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in creating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and provide basic HR support.
• Help manage HR operations including documentation, attendance, and HRMS updates.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits tracking, and compliance-related activities.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and internal documentation.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR tools (HRMS, ATS) is a plus.
