We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and expand the engineering charter for the Agentic AI Platform. This is a player-coach role - you'll architect the next generation of our AI systems while scaling the team that owns them.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll lead engineering across four core pillars of the Agentic AI Platform already live with customers, with substantial roadmap ahead:
• Full-lifecycle voice agents - Pre-due EMI reminders, post-due collections, deep delinquency recovery, welcome calling, lead qualification, PD calling, and more.
• Voiceanalytics - Transcription, translation, synthesis, and actionable signal extraction across audio at scale.
• Multimodal document processing - structured extraction and comparison across documents, images, video, and audio.
• Multimediageneration - For customer engagement, automation, and operational workflows
• Evolve and architect the next generation of our production AI systems- telephony orchestration, ASR/TTS, LLM pipelines, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation, observability, and cost control
